Talent is evenly distributed, but job opportunities are not

Final-year students or recent graduates (up to two years post-graduation) - who attend one of our partner universities - from the following fields:

• IT & Computer Science
• PR & Marketing
• Business

Students must have an advanced level of proficiency in the English language (C1+) and belong to the top 20% of academic performers in their year.

If you attend one of our partner universities, you can apply directly to the university's Career Services office or International Relations office.

The selection process for the Global Apprenticeship Program consists of two steps. 

Step 1: Pre-selection. 

The first step is to complete and pass our online talent assessment. Once you have passed this assessment, we will prepare you to interview with our partner companies.

Talanta will provide you with the support you need to jumpstart your global career, including access to:

• Our support team, social events, and networking opportunities.
• World-class Talanta career training & our global community of peer learning. This includes access to our proprietary career training modules, interactive workshops and keynote speaker sessions.
• Talanta certification and LinkedIn badge upon completion of our training.
• A diverse global network of professionals from 150+ different nationalities in 6 continents.

During this stage, Global Apprenticeship Program companies will evaluate your profile and invite you to interview. If you aren't selected by a Global Apprenticeship Program company during this stage you will not progress to step 2 below.

Step 2: Official Acceptance.

If you are selected by a Global Apprenticeship Program company, big congratulations are in order - you are now officially accepted. You will receive everything in step 1 plus:

• A 4-5 month competitively paid remote internship with a leading global company.
• Cutting-edge soft-skills training and certification from Talanta’s exclusive curriculum provider, MIT Open Learning. 
• The opportunity to convert your paid remote internship into a permanent, high-quality job.

The remote internship lasts 4-5 months and is full-time.

Remote internships start 4 times a year: January, March, June, and August.

Internship remuneration is competitive.

Currently, we only accept applications from students attending our partner universities.

There is no cost for applicants to join the program.
