You will be able to schedule remote interviews to fit around your busy schedule. Conduct your interviews and offer the role to the perfect candidate. We will take care of all the admin tasks for you.

Your chosen applicant starts
Your job-ready intern will start in their role at your company on the agreed start date.

Hire your intern full-time
If you've hosted an intern, you will have the option to offer your them a permanent full-time position at the end of the internship. This enables you to retain your diverse top talent.
Ensuring your early talent provides value
We provide comprehensive support and training to the applicants prior to their start date to ensure they are make the maximum possible impact at your company. For interns, we also conduct regular check-ins and coaching throughout their placement.
Training & upskilling of your leadership team
Your managers will be eligible to receive cutting-edge training, developed and delivered by our curriculum provider MIT Open Learning. This training is designed to give them the skills necessary to manage a diverse workforce and maximize the potential of your talented new recruits.
